Venue shopping can be so confusing!  At our venue we like to keep things simple and easy with our one flat rate pricing! ​​The prices listed below represent the 2024/2025 season.​​ No extra or hidden fees!

Clients that were quoted a price or toured before a price increase will have lower rates honored at time of booking.

To hold a date, Maple Leaf Events requires a non-refundable 50% down-payment that goes towards the total cost of our venue. All fees are due 60 days before your event. Clients are charged a $500 refundable cleaning/security deposit that is returned 2 weeks after your event.

We are happy to allow our clients to make payments!

We accept Checks, Money Orders, ACH (Free Bank Transfer), or Credit Cards (3.75% Fee).
